If your like a lot of the H-2B employers this season was difficult to make the Cap. And for those employers we have a solution. We use in-country H-2B workers that are already here and in status. These workers are allowed to stay and work in the U S for up to three years as long as they stay in status. Because their I-94s will be expiring soon they are looking for a new employer.
That’s where we can help, if the employer has Foreign Labor Certification we can help you get the workers you need in as little as two weeks.
For the H-2B worker it allows them to get their I-94 extended and allows them to stay in the U S ten more months.
For this service we charge the employer a very small fee.
